Sycamore Bend offers refined lodging across three distinct residences. The Sycamore Manor anchors the estate as the main house, featuring expansive gathering spaces and multi level accommodations. Just across the street, the Sycamore Cottage provides a private four bedroom retreat with a swimming pool, while the Sycamore Loft offers an intimate bride & groom suite tucked above the detached building behind the Manor.

This elegant master bedroom offers direct access to the serene sunroom, also designed as a private bridal suite. Featuring a plush king-size bed, a stylish lounge area with a comfortable sofa, and a generous layout, the space invites rest and relaxation. The en-suite bathroom is a true retreat, boasting a grand garden tub, dual vanities, and a spacious glass-enclosed shower.
The second floor of Sycamore Manor features four serene bedrooms and three thoughtfully designed bathrooms, with two bedrooms sharing a well appointed bath. One bedroom, Magnolia Haven, opens onto a shared porch and offers beautiful views of the hydrangea gardens, stables, and the estate’s historic magnolia tree. Throughout the floor, soft natural light, gentle breezes, and warm, neutral tones create a calm and inviting atmosphere. Select rooms include spa inspired bathrooms with heated floors and steam showers, while each bedroom is finished with plush bedding, elegant décor, and comfortable seating designed for rest and quiet retreat.
Tucked away on the third floor, these two cozy bedrooms share a well appointed bathroom and offer a quiet, intimate retreat. One room is rich with character, featuring original walls marked with faint paintings of the property from centuries past. Together, the spaces are warm and inviting, finished with soft linens and comfortable furnishings that create a peaceful setting for rest, reflection, and privacy.
Our Loft is a beautifully renovated and located above the garage behind the manner. It overlooks the property, is light-filled, thoughtfully designed, and a peaceful retreat in the heart of the estate.
Updated in 2022, the Loft welcomes guests with morning coffee overlooking the pastures where you can see our horses grazing. A comfortable space, large screen TV, and convenient kitchenette make it ideal for extended stays.

Yes. All of our wedding packages come with lodging in Sycamore Manor (Sleeps 16) & Sycamore Loft (Our Bride and Groom Sweet that sleeps 2) over top the detached building behind the house.
No. You would need to book Sycamore Cottage separately outside of your wedding package with Sycamore Estate.
Yes outside of a few areas in the house, detached garage & stables - you and your party have access to the entire estate. This does not include Sycamore Cottage unless you have it booked as well over your weekend / stay at Sycamore Estate.
Absolutely, you can book the Manor, Cottage or Loft separately for however many days they are open for on Airbnb. Above you'll find links to all of those Airbnb pages.

The city's ordinance is at 11PM for the band and music to stop. But your party may continue to celebrate but it needs to stay outside in at smores pit, behind the stables, or under the rented tent. Just ask us about this and we'll be happy to talk futher about it.
