Sycamore Bend Estate provides on-site lodging across multiple private homes. Sycamore Manor and the Sycamore Loft together sleep up to 16 guests and are included in every wedding package. The Sycamore Cottage sleeps up to 10 additional guests and is available as a separate rental with its own private swimming pool, bringing the estate’s total overnight capacity to 26 guests.

Wedding clients have full access to these amenities throughout the duration of their stay, making the property well-suited for multi-day wedding weekends.

This allows couples to plan an outdoor coastal North Carolina wedding without worry. If weather changes, the ceremony can transition smoothly into the covered space without compromising the flow or aesthetic of the event.

Absolutely. Sycamore Bend highly recommends scheduling a tour to experience the property in person. Tours can be booked directly through our website.
Sycamore Bend partners exclusively with Mister Bartender, who will create a fully customized bar package based on your preferences and event needs.
Sycamore Bend provides a suggested vendor list. Mister Bartender is the exclusive bartending service, and ENC Restroom Rental provides restrooms and generators.
A luxury restroom trailer is required for all events and weddings at Sycamore Bend Estate. ENC Restroom Rental is the preferred provider.
For larger weddings at Sycamore Bend Estate, a generator is recommended, especially if you plan to run multiple high-power sources simultaneously. The property has seven separate 20-amp circuits available for use.
The noise ordinance at Sycamore Bend Estate begins at 11:00 PM.
Pets are welcome to be present for the ceremony and photos at Sycamore Bend Estate. To ensure the standard of cleanliness is kept the same for every guest, pets are not permitted to sleep inside the homes.
